The Holiday Inn Martinsburg offers Federal and West Virginia Government rates at GSA-determined per diem levels for the Berkeley County / Martinsburg area. These government rates are for official government business only. A federal or state employee ID will be required at check-in to qualify for these special rates. Federal and State contractors may qualify for these rates with proper documentation. The WV state government rate is for offical West Virginia state government use only. This special state rate does not apply to non-West Virginia state employees.
