Reservations
Guaranteed Reservations
All reservations booked online or directly through the hotel that are held with a major credit card are guaranteed for late arrival on the evening of the reserved arrival date for the reserved room type. Credit card reservations changed or cancelled after 6:00 PM of the evening of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the charges of the first night's room and tax.
No-Shows
Guests who do not appear for guaranteed reservations and have not cancelled before 6:00 PM of the evening of arrival are subject to a "No-Show" Fee equal to the charges of the first night's room and tax. A "no-show" reservation with multiple nights of stay will be subject to the cancellation of the remaining nights in the reservation.
Non-Guaranteed Reservations
Reservations that are not held with a major credit card are considered "non-guaranteed". Non-guaranteed reservations which have not been registered for by 6:00 PM of the evening of arrival will be automatically cancelled promptly at 6:00 PM.
Advance Purchases / Reservations with Deposits
Reservations made online as an "Advance Purchase" may not be cancelled or modified and are non-refundable.
All deposits for room reservations are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
"Standard Room" Reservations
Bed Type and Smoking Preference for these reservations cannot be guaranteed as it will be allocated upon arrival based on availability.
Extended Stay Rates / Reservations
Extended Stay Rates and Reservations are reserved for guests staying a minimum of 5 nights or more. Different rates apply depending upon the length of stay. Early departure and cancellation fees apply to these reservations. All extended stay rates and reservations are subject availability and other restrictions.
