Plan your next function at the Holiday Inn Martinsburg in one of our many recently renovated meeting rooms, board rooms, or ballroom. The Foxcroft Ballroom can accommodate 320 people for a meal function. It can be reduced down into four smaller rooms allowing flexibility for your meeting needs. In addition to the Foxcroft Ballroom, the hotel offers our Blue Ridge board rooms as well as our newest additions, the Potomac, Shenandoah, and Opequon rooms. Our meeting rooms are spread-out over two different floors to allow for as much convenience or privacy your group may desire.
The hotel offers the latest in sound and presentation equipment such as LCD projectors, flat-screen portable televisions, and various sound equipment. Please make our sales staff aware of any special equipment requests upon booking events.
All functions are catered by our award winning culinary staff and in-house catering service which offers an elaborate breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu for both served and buffet style functions. Break stations with assorted beverages and hors d'oeuvres are available as well.
